In the fourth phase we have identified the names of the victims and brought them under one roof to avoid delay in providing the needed relief material. In the first relief camp we have invited 2,000 victims and provided them 15 kg of rice, two sets of utensils, buckets, mugs, plates, glasses and bed sheets as a an  immediate relief. In the second distribution camp we have identified and brought another 2,300 victims and provided the same material such as 15 kg of rice,two sets of utensils,buckets,mugs,plates,glasses and bed sheets as an  immediate relief. We have invited the village presidents, mandal development officers and some government officials in the distribution program.
